Murray's Taekwondo Gradings
"Revision Sheets" tell you exactly what is expected on the grading. If you wish to grade there are several options...
- BEGINNER GRADNG - promotes a beginner to 8th Kup (yellow belt)
- the student must have completed a minimum of 16 classes within the term
- STANDARD GRADING - promotes a coloured belt student by 1 grade.
- the student must have completed a minimum of 16 classes within the term.
- DOUBLE GRADING - promotes a coloured belt student by 2 grades.

the student must have completed at least 24 classes within the term.

the student must seek permission from the instructor, to ensure they are capable of passing this advanced grading
- ASSESSMENT GRADING - promotes a student to a specific grade
- This is a 'one-off' grading those students that are new to taekwondo but have trained in a striking martial art, e.g. Karate, Kung-Fu, Kick-boxing, etc... for more than 1 year
- must provide evidence of current grade in different martial art.
- Cannot grade into Taekwondo higher than 2nd Kup (Red Belt).
